The Management of Georgia Thane Inc. believes that robotics are one way to keep the labor costs low which ultimately drives housing costs down and makes them more affordable.

Our team specializes in areas that have proven to be traditionally challenging. If an area poses specific developmental challenges, for example, being prone to hurricanes or, flooding, we believe we have a solution and offer non- traditional alternatives to construction. We build modular homes, we utilize resources that are available and abundant and can even build Hurricane resistant homes. We are committed to being better stewards and leaving a better planet for our future generations. We utilize the latest technology in renewable energies to build Sustainable Housing Communities. The bi-products of Hydrogen, our energy production of choice, are medical grade oxygen and pure drinking water.

Project Development includes, site selection and acquisition, Development and approval, Tender and Tariff and Project Financing. The planning and preparation for each project is based on detailed elaboration of alternative scenarios and contingency perspectives, on the basis of which the optimal technical and financial solution is determined.

Mergers - Legally speaking, a merger requires two companies to consolidate into a new entity with a new ownership and management structure

Site Selection and Acquisition Projects
Site selection and acquisition is crucial when the client does not own the site to be developed. Best practices are to begin as early as possible, ideally, parallel with feasibility studies.
Key to the process is ensuring that the requirements for the site are properly defined, that the selected site meets these requirements and that it is acquired within the constraints of the project programme and with minimal risk to the client.
